At this time as us Earth inhabitants are given opportunities to move into the fourth and fifth dimensions where the earth is anchored, we are playing catch up. The loving waves of vibration that beam down upon us from the sun, mighty Ra, ask us to utilise these higher frequencies as we see fit. These energies can of course have a positive or negative effect on our bodies and energy fields, (strictly talking in terms of polarity). In the grander scheme it is always a positive experience as it represents the continual spiral of cyclical transformation.
For those of us who are blessed to have some awareness about what is happening, we can perhaps feel more comforted in the multitude of experiences that make up our ascension. Not all of us are aware however and may be flailing around and feeling baffled by what their bodies, minds and emotions are under-going. The information presented below may help you to better understand the ascension effects that can bring out a great number of symptoms. My hope is that with more awareness we can work with the waves of intense light rather than allow them to become destructive or give ourselves a harder time than is necessary.
Effects on Energy Levels
The bulb is bright
Because of the higher frequencies that are moving through our 3D world we will be recognising how much our energy levels are see-sawing. One day you may feel incredibly energised, you may get much done in short periods of time, you will feel an increase in creative ideas, inspiration, you may feel quite buoyant and optimistic about moving forward in your life and creating a life filled with more joy, integrity and freedom. On these days you are likely to need less sleep and feel so energised that you may become bored easier. You will need to utilise these times to get active! It is important that this excess energy is made use of creatively and is directed toward changing your life step by step. Exercise is a good outlet during these periods or becoming involved in house work, projects you have been putting off, clearing out, organising and grounding your energy in a concrete way. At these times you will inspire others so get social, give your optimism back to the world we need you out in the open! If you have so much energy and it is not used it will become destructive and could turn in on you, causing physical problems, addictions, anxiety, nervousness, flighty behaviour and impulses and desires that later you regret. So think about using this influx of energy positively and GET GOING! Imagine you have been given a ball of electricity and you can either light up and energise what you touch or it can electrocute you if not used wisely! Divine inspiration is a massive gift at this stage and you may find you suddenly have many answers to questions that have been bewildering you and you may not know where to start first. SO think in terms of one thing at a time and don't allow the ego to become bogged down in over-work or busyness which can lead to stress. Take gaps to stop and be aware and mediate. Laying your hands on the ground and giving to mother earth is a great way to give back and also offering energy healing to people!
The bulb is dim
We have recognised the increase in energy that comes with the ascension process but now we must focus on the opposite end of the spectrum. After having a day or couple of weeks with increased energy you may be surprised when your energy suddenly drops into oblivion! On these days you will feel all most the counter reaction. You will be more sleepy and indeed may need more than ten hours, sometimes twelve hours sleep. You will have feelings of wanting to stay indoors, curling up and hiding from the world. You may be concerned that you are ill, well this does not indicate you are unwell, it is simply another effect of the planetary change. Allow yourself to rest as mush as you need, put off the jobs that you were meaning to do, sit back and just be. These are the times that you will be downloading and processing what it is you brought about that was new in the time where you had the higher energy. You may feel lost or in the dark, just like you are groping around but no solutions come, this is also teaching you about divine timing and that staying in the flow is also recognising the mystery that is also inherent in the universe. You may find you have increased dreams in this period and are no doubt involved in more astral travelling. Just like the cycles in nature this time is for processing, assimilating and allowing healing to work through all levels of your energy field. There is much going on that you cannot see, so just let yourself of the hook and let go!! You may want to eat heavier foods during this period and if you are not aware of the natural state of relaxing and rest that is needed you could be prone to depression, apathy, moodiness, irritability, chronic fatigue, sadness, negativity. You may experience these qualities especially if you are trying to push forward with fast paced energy when you are being called to slow down. Again ill health can manifest if you don't take note and STOP!
These periods of severe up and downs in energy can come and go ever so quickly, you may experience a number of weeks in each state however you may also notice every day is a flipping from one state of energy to another. This is normal and this will continue to increase. It can become confusing but the best tool for registering where you are and what you are being called to do is to pull out of yourself regularly and observe what is going on inside for you. Ask yourself, is this a fast day or a slow day? Do I feel like resting or getting things done, you will instantly feel a response?
Mental Stability
During the shifts that are occurring for us currently we are seeing a rise in the cases of mental illness and instability. People are finding the ascension waves difficult to understand, to process and as reality alters this can have a serious effect on people's views or perceptions of the world and their presence in it. Unfortunately because many people are not yet aware of what is happening they may find themselves thinking it is them that are faulty or ill. Due to the returning of spiritual life the opportunities for people to reclaim their psychic nature is increasing. It is no longer comfortable to turn a blind eye or stay closed off from the mystical and metaphysical when it is pounding on your doorstep. The psychoanalytic community has come a long way in terms of their understanding or labelling of psychosis and the considerations that have been made and have to be made into the increasingly common experience of the average human with their spiritual life. Perhaps this is due to the many spiritual, psychic and open-minded individuals that have trained in the field of psychotherapy and psychiatry. The veils between science and spirit are becoming thinner and a bridge is appearing. However we have still some way to go and every day there are lightworkers who are hugely aware that are being told they are psychotic.
We do need labels to some extent and we also need to be able to mange earth life, not all forms of mental illness may be connected to ascension symptoms and indeed not all people diagnosed with psychosis may correspond with a large psychic ability but there are lightworkers that could easily be helped and brought into awareness, understanding they are gifted as opposed to feeling cursed and with help can learn how better to deal with their ability.
Psychic Ability Vs Psychosis
Most people today are aware with terms such as Bi Polar, schizophrenia, autism, ADHD and the many other types of mental health diseases and issues that society dishes out to no doubt millions of individuals. It seems to have become normal to have some form of disease or other, whether mental, emotional or physical! There is much more to the labels however than meets the eye and it is also important to consider how far our government, and health care system has got it right and also how much they have to gain from a largely ill public! Pharmaceuticals are one of the largest markets and there always has to be someone willing to take a headache pill or worse an anti-depressant so the drugs continue to sell. It is also interesting to note how it is the GP's and doctors are trained and encouraged to dish out prescriptions and drug use. It seemed that a number of generations ago there was far less drug prescribing and now without taking time to argue it appears we are living in a drug filled, pain induced world!
There is a correlation between the amount of mental health being diagnosed and with the souls that are journeying to the earth. Many children for example are hugely evolved and have journeyed here for important jobs to do in order to help with the role out of the new planet as we continue to change as a race. These children are the hyper sensitive people. They are that way because they are pure in spirit and have landed in a toxic world. The ascension waves are also creating more mental disturbances for everyone on the globe and if someone has not experienced or had any awareness of the spiritual in their lives only to find a world being pulled and twisted from beneath them, they may find they become unstable and mentally insecure. Psychosis is about seeing things that aren't here, hearing things that aren't here and highlights a person who has an unreal sense of themselves or other people, which may centre around fantasies. I am sure many of you have met someone who fills the category, and in my line of work I have met more than one hundred and fifty people who in terms of science and outdated mental health theories I would have to call psychotic. However they are not, they are simply highly psychic and in touch with the spiritual aspect of life, the full picture, if you know what I mean.
Managing your psychic and spiritual health at this time is massively important at this stage and for many people who have issues in this area, grounding is a real fundamental must, along with support from someone who understands the psyche and also spiritual life!
Take the labels, judgements and so called "realism" that society and the institutions are so quick to promote and add a pinch of salt.
Emotional Stability
Well there is only one way to say this but our emotional fields are in for a shock! Emotions will be reeling all over the place if we don't learn a few vital tools.
Be the Observer of You
It is important to understand that an emotion is not an initial response to an external event, it is a thought that always occurs first, next their is a feeling and finally an emotion is created. For those of us that have not yet practiced identifying this procedure it may appear to you that it is all the same thing. Well it isn't!!! Learning this can become your saving grace if you will excuse the pun. When we realise that a thought is generated from us and that we are constantly having thoughts but that we can identify, observe and then actively choose our thoughts we realise we can then also choose our feeling responses and allow through only positive emotions into our energy field! Yayyy. So the key is to observe, observe, observe! Watch how you respond to a situation and see how able you are to influence what you choose to think, feel and then how you respond emotional to what is going on.
The reason I have laid out this information here is because as we move into a new state of global awareness and time speeds up as we loose connection with linear time, this means external situations become seemingly more intense, chaotic and frequent. You will be given many experiences at a much faster rate than before and this will continue to speed up ten fold in the next couple of years. If you do not see your own power in being able to effect your emotions and understand that it is you who actually creates them then you will be at the mercy of all the emotions that role through in response to very difficult external happenings!
Opening the Heart
The other fundamental key to all of this, in fact to everything, relates to the heart. It is the opening of the heart that is our goal during ascension. It reminds us that we can no longer live in a separated world and that when we fight with another we are in turn really fighting with ourselves. The mirrors are getting bigger and chances for using the mirror become more frequent (see article on Using the Mirror and the Art of Non-Judgement).
A tool to assist you with welcoming in the light filled energies and balancing them in your being is via focusing on not just the heart chakra but also the physical organ of the heart. Watch and feel it open daily and send out this love filled presence to yourself and those around you. Remember you can create a love feeling at any stage and with practice you can feel love to anyone, anything and everything. (Please note loving does not mean letting go of discernment and assertiveness).
