As we near the 21st December which is the date of the 2nd Ascension Activation Wave, you can expect a turbulent time during December.
As the lower energies are being released, many emotions and experiences will emerge. However do not view this period as a negative experience, but one that is awakening you all to the new life that awaits those who are ready to embrace the coming new year of 2009.
Currently those who are reading our newsletter may well find yourself experiencing some of the following symptoms, as we are in the closing energies of 2008:-
Feeling you have completed what you came here to do and feel ready to leave everything behind - We are entering a time when those who are ready to enter a new phase will not have any regrets about simply walking away from everyone and everything they know. As your energy vibrations are resonating higher and higher, those who are not of the same vibration will affect your energies and allergies, sensitivity and irritability will ensue. You will recognise that you have moved on and although others around you may not understand your decisions to leave everything behind. Know that you are attracting new energies into your life which will take you where you need to go. Another great indicator is a zero tolerance for 3D mentality.
Restlessness yet anxious with no real clear definition as to why - Recognise that your soul is ready to embrace the changes that are to come and you need to live in the moment. Ensure that what you are doing serves your purpose, if not, don't do it. Your soul is urging you to cast off the shackles that bind you to a way of your life that isn't for you. If you are, or have been routinely doing something for ever and a day without it bringing you joy, recognise you are being asked to STOP, think about what you are doing and if you unhappy change it. You will be surprised how the universe will bring what you need, when you stop resisting the directional flow you should be going in.
Hopelessness - Does everything seem hopeless and bleak? It is only when everything appears dark that we begin to see the light. You are being asked to awaken and make clear decisions about who you are and what you want in your life. As the ego begins to disappear, we will feel hopeless until we focus on how empowered we truly are. As the old belief systems are slipping away, you are shedding energies that need to be left behind. Look to supporting yourself as much as you can by focusing on areas that bring you comfort, time with loved ones, tasks that are relaxing, fun, inspiring and offer you the potential for growth.
Isolation/Loneliness - Even though you may be surrounded by many people, you may feel isolated or lonely. This is usually a sign of vibrational differences, when you are with those who are not of the same vibration, our psychic senses alert us to this fact. Take this time to join groups or hobbies that will enable you meet like minded people.
Exhaustion/Lack of Energy - Your body has undergone a tremendous energy shift this year and as the final phases are taking place, you must listen to your body and rest. You may feel as though you do nothing but sleep, but it is essential as during sleep you allow Spirit and the universe to accelerate the transformations that need to take place. The more you ignore this call to rest, the more stressed you will become. You will feel as though you can't be bothered, you will feel certain tasks are a waste of time. Look within yourself and recognise this is alerting you to the fact that you need time out, to reflect upon your life and recharge your batteries ready for 2009.
Feeling you don't belong where you are - 2009 will herald a precidented increase of 'walk-ins', and as our dimensional brothers and sisters begin to draw close, our soul will recognise their energies and feel we don't belong here, but hang in there. 2009 will see vibrational energy changes that will fill the void you are currently feeling. For those of you who are unsure of what a 'walk-in' is, it is when another soul swaps places with another soul. The exchange can take place during sleep, through a near-death experience, a brief loss of consciousness or through mutual consent during a deep meditation.
Heightened Sensitivity - As your energies are vibrationally rising, psychic experiences will increase at an alarming rate. Hearing voices, feeling as though you are being pulled through a long dark tunnel and see wisps of spirit frequently are sure signs that the veil between the 3D world and the universal spirit world are becoming thinner.
Weight gain around the solar plexus area - A great excuse for an extra christmas pud or too, but seriously, as we are vibrationally ascending, spiritually we may also feel as though we are becoming invisible and the need to snack will become more apparent. Instead resist the urge and drink water and allow the energy surge to move through you. These energy surges will make you feel the need for a sugar or salt boost. Ensure you have a jug of water and a glass at your side and ensure you keep sipping little bits of water here and there to ensure you don't grow your own buddha belly.
Feeling like your ready to explode/extreme stress - Do you remember the old pressure cooker that used to screech when it was time for you to let the steam out. As your tolerance for the old 3D vibrations grows weaker so too will your tolerance levels. To combat these feelings, physical exercise is the best gift you can give to yourself, if you're feeling energetic then off to the Gym you go. Alternately if you're also extremely tired, be gentle with yourself and take a walk in a nearby park or woodland, swim or loose yourself in some tantric yoga.
The energy changes may not be felt by some, this doesn't mean you're not ascending, and by keeping a positive mental attitude these symptoms will be quickly removed as we move into 2009. Many of us may well be looking to make new resolutions, if 2009 begins to bring you many challenges, recognise that you are being offered a wonderful opportunity for a new life, on your terms. As our thoughts create our reality, your thoughts, beliefs and feelings will cosmically attract to you what you are creating, so ensure you choose empowered, positive thoughts and draw to your a prosperous, healthy and happy new year.
