Q.) When did you realise that you were psychic?
A.B) I was 15 when I had the sudden “a-ha!” moment when it all clicked and I realised I was what people call psychic… up until that point I thought I was “normal” and everyone experienced what I did. My first experience with spirit was when I was 3 years old and I saw a little girl called Katie… there is an interesting story behind who Katie actually is…. Perhaps I’ll share another time. I was around 18months to 2 years old when my Nan taught me to read the playing cards. Since then I’ve learnt to read tarot, angel cards, faerie cards, in fact any oracle card set out there. Through using these and meditating I developed and strengthened my abilities.
Q.) What’s your favourite spiritual being to work with, Angels, Faeries, or Spirit?
A.B) Ooooo what a tough question! I can’t choose between them I’m afraid, Each group of spiritual beings have their own unique style of message, awareness, guidance and comfort to bring us. Personally I find spirit interesting as you never know what they are going to tell you, and I’ve had some interesting moments I can assure you, Angels are always very peaceful, tranquil and loving beings when they draw near and communicate. Faeries are I would say, the most fun, I usually have problems getting peoples Faerie Guardians to stop communicating through me! I have a lot of Faerie Chatter-Boxes!!
Q.) As well a being a columnist for TheSpiritGuides.co.uk, you are known as “The Faerie Whisperer” columnist in FAE Magazine, tell us about your work with the faeries….
A.B) I began working with the Faeries many years ago when interest in angels was peaking, I’ve always been one to not follow the crowd so I decided that whilst my spiritually minded friends were enthusiastic about angels, my “niche” would be faeries. My Mum bought me a faerie card oracle by Brian Froud and I began giving reading to anyone and everyone who was willing. I found the faeries were communicating with me and telling me things to pass onto my clients that were in no way connected to the card meaning itself…my faerie guide (which I call my faerie guardian) was giving me psychic impressions.
I began to have lots of experiences with faeries from simple things as picking up on the faeries calling cards ; Dragonflies, butterflies (Which has become hugely important to my faerie work), plants and crystals to name a few. I remember being approached by Queen Mab and the beginning of my being a Faerie Priestess. She rode across the skies (in cloud formations) in her chariot and caught my eye, looked at me, smiled at me and winked before zooming off. I then began seeing faeries clairvoyantly, ranging from waking a sweet little faerie up in the bathroom whom was asleep under the radiator to being woken up by a sylph (Air faerie) hovering over my pillow complete with wings and pixie dust!!
I know spend a lot of my time teaching others through my articles, my psychic readings (where I connect clients to their faerie guardian/guide, and through general postings on Facebook/Twitter, all about the wonders of the Faeries and how they can help us, and how we can help them. I’m privileged in that I get
to do this through my new column in FAE (Fairies and Enchantment) Magazine as their resident Psychic Faerie Whisperer!
I’ve never once doubted the existence of the faerie kingdom, and live by the old fashioned belief that “Every time someone declares that they don’t believe in faeries, a faerie dies”. So, I do believe in faeries, I do, I do, I do!!
Q.) What are your hopes and dreams for 2011 and beyond?
A.B) Wow! That’s a tough question. For me personally I want good health, happiness, family, love and peace. How I get those things I leave open to the universe to bring me. My job is to stay focused on what I desire and not concern myself with how those things will come to me.
For the world, I wish for lots of love and peace to reign forever. The best thing we can do when we hear of natural disasters, war outbreaks, and struggle in other countries is to focus on peace and love, Imagine the country and its people being blanketed in rose pink energy filled with peace and love. Never for one minute focus on the negatives that they are facing, that will only bring more into our experience of the situation. Focus on what you desire and let the universe sort out the details.
Q.) Do you ever get tired of people asking for your help?
A.B) Gosh NO!! Of course not. I am here to help and I do that as often and in anyway I can. Many, many people ask me to give them some reassurance that when their loved ones have passed to the spirit world, that they are ok. For me, when I read or hear their anguish, I feel their pain and what kind of person would I be if I refused to help? Not a very nice one!. I am honoured that I can help these people (I hope I do), and each person becomes very dear to me and I do have concerns about them. I naturally want them to feel better and much more at peace. I always say to everyone I help whether they pay me or not, that they are free to email me night or day and I shall get back to them personally, most likely the next day or the next time I log on. I love to help people! And I’ll do it any way I can. For as long as I can.
